How quickly will I receive the toolkit?+
Standard delivery is 24 hours from the time we receive your CV and role brief. Elite clients receive priority 4-hour turnaround. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. Weekend orders are processed first thing Monday unless you are on the Elite tier.
What information do I need to provide?+

We do not offer refunds once delivery has taken place, as the work is custom-built to your specific CV and role. What we do guarantee is that every deliverable will be built to our published quality standard, delivered on time, and revised once at no charge if you feel any element does not meet the brief. We have a 100% delivery track record across all clients to date. If for any reason we cannot complete your order on time, we will refund in full.
