What the service processes

We process your account identity, CV, confirmed career facts, preferences, research requests, professional contact results, drafts and campaign progress to provide the features you request. Microsoft provides sign-in. Payment card details are handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Research and messages

Company and professional-contact inputs are processed by our research providers. Your CV is used by the configured AI service for analysis and drafting. A company match is not a vacancy. External messages require your approval and identify Get Jobs Faster as the sending service. Replies to those messages can be stored in your workspace and handled by our support mailbox. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your search.

Retention and deletion

Original uploaded files are removed after thirty days by the daily retention task. Your saved profile, extracted text, research, drafts and campaign records remain until you delete your account data. Deletion removes these records from the application and its file store and stops further work. It does not recall messages already sent or erase payment records Stripe must retain. Provider-side retention and infrastructure backups follow their own settings and must be considered separately.

A minimal account deletion marker prevents delayed operations from restoring erased records. Hashed recipient suppression records are retained to honour opt-outs and prevent unwanted repeat contact. You can withdraw research permission in Account. A subscription must have ended and pending checkout must be closed before deletion can finish.

Your choices

Use the workspace privacy controls or contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Message recipients can use the unsubscribe link or reply asking us to stop. We do not claim that an automated result establishes a person’s hiring authority or consent to receive unrestricted messages.
